1/2 cup oats
1/2 banana, mashed
1/4 cup brewed coffee or espresso
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp jaggery
1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)
1 tbsp dried Blueberries/ black raisins or any dry fruit
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 banana, to garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 170°
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Grease the ramekin or oven safe dish with coconut oil and pour the batter into dish. Bake for 20-25 min.
